Building a robot companion
PROJECT-JERRY is an experimental workspace for a pet robot that can understand and learn about its surroundings.
ESP32 firmware controls the robot’s hardware, while a local Python brain combines Whisper speech recognition, LLM routing, Moondream-2 vision, Depth Anything V2, and Kokoro speech synthesis. The repository includes firmware, perception tools, and research notebooks.
